House prices suffer record slump

Friday, 06 June 2008
Median house price fell to $458,488 in first quarter from $471,300.  The price fall was biggest in at least five years and
the fall in prices is being offset by the increased cost of financing home loans, so we have yet to see any real impact on housing affordability.
